About Artificial Intelligence By Artificial Intelligence

Aye, this is Jay.

With just two prompts, an artificially intelligent creative tool called Jasper wrote this post about the technology that powers it.

The article is unrefined and without voice, but that’s not a reflection of the tool. I didn’t refine my inputs into the A.I., and I didn’t give it any instructions on tone.

What you see is the direct result of very basic prompts.

I updated the formatting to make it easier to read and I highlighted any edits I personally made in yellow. It took me longer to write this paragraph than it did to create the rest of this post.

Generative artificial intelligence is a powerful technology that can generate content automatically from data.

It can produce original and creative results without human input, allowing for more efficient and accurate decision making. Generative AI is designed to learn from data inputs, learning patterns and features of the data set that it is exposed to and using them to generate new content.

This type of AI is being used for many tasks, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, robotics, and different creative endeavors.

Generative AI works by taking in data as inputs which are then analyzed and distilled into useful information. From there, the algorithm uses this information to create output that can be used in various tasks or applications.

One example of this type of technology is a machine learning algorithm trained on images to create new photographs with similar style or color palate as the original image set. Another example would be a text generator that produces sentences based on the structured vocabulary given by an input document.

This will have a great impact on creative people.

Generative AI enables creators to generate content quickly and efficiently without having to manually type or craft every aspect of the project. This could allow for more creative freedom and experimentation in areas such as music composition, video production, graphic design, writing, and more.

With AI learning from data inputs and producing original results, creative individuals can use generative AI to express their ideas quickly and accurately with minimal effort. Additionally, AI algorithms can be used to automate mundane tasks that can take up a lot of time, freeing up creative people to pursue innovative projects and ideas.

In short, generative AI has the potential to revolutionize how creative individuals work in many areas, allowing them to create faster while becoming more thoughtful in their projects.
